We are an independent firm that specializes in alternative investments and private lending strategies. Our goal is to provide opportunities for our clients that are not correlated to the traditional securities markets. We will engage in private equity offerings and originate fully collateralized short term private loans.
When evaluating debt investment opportunities, P3 Capital’s approach mirrors the process for direct investments in real estate. We take a hard look at a property’s fundamentals – such as current condition, location, market characteristics and any inefficiencies that exist in the asset or submarket. Along with certified third party reports and a full due diligence process, we develop a valuation of the underlying asset and establish the appropriate terms, conditions and pricing required for the senior debt investment being requested. To manage risk, we diversify our debt portfolios by borrowers, market sectors, strategy and property types.

Keith M. Gapusan
President & CEO
Keith Gapusan has over 25 years of financial experience. His career began with Dean Witter Reynolds after graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Finance and English. He has experience in asset management, estate planning, asset protection, financial planning and private real estate lending.
Prior to starting P3 Capital Management, Keith spent three years at Peacock, Hislop, Staley and Givens and two years at Wells Fargo Private Client Services. He also founded Arizona Wealth Advisors, LLC, an independent financial planning and investment management firm. He served as president from 2003 to 2012. During this time he grew assets under Arizona Wealth Advisors, LLC to $80M.
Since creating P3 Capital Partners, LLC in 2012, Keith has grown the firm to over $150M in investable capital.
